IT Manager (Infrastructure, Security & Business Solutions)

At CXL, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially savvy IT Manager to drive our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology governance across the Group.

This is not your typical infrastructure management role.

You will play a strategic dual-function leadership role — ensuring our internal technology ecosystem is secure, scalable, and high-performing, while also partnering directly with business leaders and clients to position our technology capabilities in payroll outsourcing, HR outsourcing, system integration, and compliance-driven solutions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own Our IT Infrastructure & Security
• You will lead and strengthen the Group’s technology backbone, including:
• Physical Servers & VMs
• Cloud environments
• NAS Storage
• End-user computing devices
• Backup and disaster recovery systems
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Security controls, endpoint protection, and access governance
• Infrastructure performance monitoring and optimization
• IT operational support and troubleshooting
• You’ll ensure systems remain secure, stable, scalable, and cost-efficient.

Support Payroll & Compliance Security

• You’ll work closely with our Payroll Outsourcing and HR Solutions teams to ensure:
• Secure payroll processing environments
• Strong data protection controls
• Compliance readiness for client requirements
• IT governance alignment with PDPA and security best practices
• Audit and due diligence support
• Be the Technical Expert in Client Engagements

As our IT subject matter expert, you’ll support:

• Client presentations
• Tender submissions
• RFP/RFQ responses
• Technical solution discussions
• Security assurance conversations
• You’ll translate technical concepts into business confidence.
• Manage IT Budget & Vendor Performance

You will:

• Lead annual IT budgeting
• Drive cost optimization initiatives
• Evaluate technology investments
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs
• Recommend automation and infrastructure improvements
• Drive Technology Projects

You’ll oversee implementation and enhancement projects across the Group, ensuring delivery excellence and business impact.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

7–10 years of relevant IT leadership experience

Experience in one or more of these environments:

HR Tech, Payroll Outsourcing, Shared Services, Managed Services, BPO, Enterprise IT Operations

Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on knowledge in:

IT infrastructure management, Cloud technologies, Network administration, Cybersecurity, Backup & disaster recovery, Endpoint management, Microsoft 365, IT governance frameworks

Exposure to:

Payroll / HR systems, PDPA compliance, Security frameworks, Vendor management

You’ll Stand Out If You Have

Experience supporting enterprise payroll environments

Exposure to ISO 27001 / information security frameworks

Tender / RFP technical support experience

Certifications such as:

ITIL 4, CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, Opensource-promox, VMware-EXCi
