Full Time Sales Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in Polymorph Recruitment - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Summarize daily results and plan the next day’s actions before end of workday.

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.

• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

• Prepare daily sales records and reports for submission to the Sales Manager.

• Identify, resolve, and report on customer issues, product claims, and operational challenges.

• Investigate product claims, including fact confirmation, cause analysis, and corrective action planning.

• Propose and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence of issues.

• Participate in company activities and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automotive, or related field).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development of new and servicing existing clients, technical support, or an engineering-related role.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good English and BM. Mandarin/ Others in an added advantage.

• Proactive, independent, and able to work with a positive attitude.

• Must posses own transport.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: Basic Salary : 3,500 ~ 5,000
Allowances : Car allowance MYR600.00, Sales allowance MYR100.00
Commissions: Yes
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: 5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5.30pm
