Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Construction Administrator to support ELV and electrical projects from initiation through completion. This role focuses on contract administration, commercial documentation, and financial tracking to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate and manage project-related documents including cost proposals, variation submissions, and interim claims.
- Administer contractual records such as agreements, amendments, purchase orders, and subcontract documentation.
- Liaise with engineers, site teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate submission requirements and approvals.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to support timely completion.
- Assist in preparing cost reports, claim summaries, and monthly financial statements for management review.
- Ensure proper filing and systematic record-keeping for audit and reference purposes.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in ELV and electrical construction administration, particularly in contracts and claims management.
- Familiarity with progress claims, variation orders, cost tracking, and commercial documentation processes.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, along with basic project coordination software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
