Full Time M-E Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in SENGA BINA SDN BHD Johor Bahru - Ricebowl

Job Responsibility

• Report to Construction Manager (CM) and Project Manager (PM).
• Assist Site Agent to liaise and coordinate with Client, M&E Consultant, Authority, Subcontractor/Nominated Subcontractor and Supplier.
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out according to approved drawings, project requirements, project schedule and follow master work programme.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on RFI (Request for Information) related to technical clarifications, drawings and site issues.
• Able to handle all technical issues related to M&E works and resolve the problem promptly and effectively in accordance with all the specifications, standards of quality and contractual obligations to meet client expectations.
• Check and review all M&E construction drawings and specifications to prevent any technical issue arise.
• To ensure all M&E materials installed at site are as per contract and specifications.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and technical discussions.
• Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning for M&E systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, authority requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and prepare work progress report, material delivery, usage, and workmanship quality on site.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, as-built drawings, and handover records

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (optional) as role requires to deal with multi speaking clients
• Familiar with RFI process, technical coordination and construction documentation.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering-related software.
• Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
