We are an HR System company looking for an In-House Mobile App Developer to maintain, improve, and develop our existing mobile application.

Our current mobile app is developed using Flutter and supports both iOS and Android. Candidates with Flutter experience will be preferred, but we are also open to mobile developers with strong experience in other technologies.

Responsibilities

* Maintain and improve our existing mobile application

* Develop new mobile app features for our HR system

* Troubleshoot and fix iOS and Android app issues

* Work closely with the backend / web development team for API integration

* Improve app performance, stability, and user experience

* Assist with App Store and Google Play releases

* Prepare and maintain technical documentation

* Provide technical input for future mobile app development

Feature Areas

You may be involved in features such as:

* Employee self-service

* Attendance / clock in / clock out

* Leave application

* Claim submission

* Approval workflow

* Push notifications

* Profile updates

* Payroll / payslip viewing

* GPS / location-based attendance

* Camera / attachment upload

* HR announcements

Requirements

* Experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android

* Experience with **Flutter / Dart is preferred**

* Experience maintaining existing apps or legacy code is an advantage

* Familiar with REST API integration

* Familiar with Git / GitHub / GitLab

* Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play

* Able to troubleshoot and debug mobile app issues

* Able to work independently and communicate progress clearly

* Responsible and willing to support long-term product development

Added Advantages

* Experience with HR systems, SaaS platforms, or attendance apps

* Experience with Firebase / push notifications

* Experience with GPS, camera, biometric, or file upload features

* Basic backend knowledge

* Good UI/UX sense

* Experience taking over outsourced projects or existing codebases
