Customer Service Advisor (Cantonese & Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Livingston / Penang, Malaysia
Languages Required: Mandarin + Cantonese
Working Hours:
Mon – Sun: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
(Morning & Afternoon Shift, 5 working days, 2 off days)

Start Date: 8th May 2026

Salary Package : RM4,000 – RM4,500

• Monthly KPI Incentive up to RM700
• 13th Month Salary

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate in both Mandarin and Cantonese
• Customer service experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls/chat/email
• Provide support and solutions to customers
• Maintain high service standards and KPI targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
