What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery, equipment and systems to support the manufacturing process
• Perform pre-start and post-stop equipment checks to identify and resolve any issues
• Maintain detailed records of production output, machine performance and quality control measures
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate them to management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Operator or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret equipment manuals and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
