Clinic Assistant (Avicenna Medicare Group Sdn Bhd)

Location: All branches under Avicenna Medicare Group(Klang Valley)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From RM1,700/month (based on experience) + allowances

Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in daily clinical operations
• Handle patient registration and manage medical records
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure cleanliness at all times
• Perform basic medical procedures (under supervision)
• Manage stock and assist with administrative duties
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Support operations at other branches when required

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent
• Candidates with a Nursing Certificate will be given priority
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Salary adjustment will be provided based on experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Pleasant personality with a responsible attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and across different branches if required
