Job Details
Position: HR Executive
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday if needed)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: No. 132, Jalan Raja Abdullah, 50300 Kuala Lumpur
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support recruitment activities, employee relations, and daily HR operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, preparing HR documentation, handling disciplinary matters professionally, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will also work closely with management to support manpower planning and ensure HR processes run smoothly.
This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, professional, and passionate about human resource management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
2. Post job advertisements on hiring platforms and social media
3. Coordinate with the superior regarding manpower requirements and hiring updates
4. Conduct initial candidate screening and arrange interviews
5. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documentation
6. Handle disciplinary matters including investigations, counseling sessions, issuing warning letters, and maintaining proper documentation
7. Ensure employee disciplinary actions are managed professionally and in accordance with company policies and labor laws
8. Maintain employee records and HR database accurately
9. Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
10. Assist in overall HR administration and daily operations
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experience in recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations is an advantage
3. Able to handle confidential information professionally
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office and online hiring platforms
