Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Company’s digital marketing and e-commerce activities, with a primary focus on social media and online marketplace platforms. This role involves both hands-on execution and team guidance to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Leadership
- Lead and oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies across social media and online channels.
- Manage and guide the social media team in content planning, posting schedules, and campaign execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and communication across all platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and provide direction for content improvement and audience growth.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and drive improvements to achieve better engagement and conversion.
3. E-Commerce Operations & Team Coordination
- Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Lead the e-commerce team in managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Ensure all online stores are optimized for visibility, traffic, and sales performance.
- Coordinate and execute platform campaigns such as mega sales (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) and promotional activities.
4. Advertising & Performance Management
- Plan and supervise paid advertising activities across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, Lazada).
- Monitor key performance metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Guide the team in optimizing campaigns to improve performance and cost efficiency.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze digital marketing and e-commerce performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall results.
6. Market Research & Strategy Support
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in digital marketing and e-commerce channels.
- Propose ideas and improvements to enhance brand presence and revenue generation.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and design to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Act as a key point of coordination between marketing and other departments.
8. Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to digital marketing and business growth.
- Ensure confidentiality of all company information and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- at least 1 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Experience managing social media or e-commerce platforms
- Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
