- Design and develop HVAC systems for various construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data for HVAC system design, including load calculations, airflow requirements, and space constraints.
- Prepare detailed HVAC design drawings, schematics, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Oversee and manage the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC system performance, maintenance, and repair during and after installation.
- Conduct performance testing and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and energy efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve design and installation processes.
- Participate in project meetings, client presentations, and site inspections to provide expert HVAC engineering input.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
