Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Construction Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations, ensure project progress, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Verify work done and assist in progress claims and documentation
• Maintain proper site records, including drawings and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
• Familiar with local building regulations and safety requirements
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work on-site and overtime if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
