Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain utilities such as air conditioning, lighting, water systems, and compressors.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or servicing.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service logs.
- Support workplace safety by identifying hazards and reporting risks.
- Assist in office or factory layout setup, relocation, and minor renovation work.
- Monitor, checking and assist the Fire Alarm system servicing and checking
- Assist on Schedule Waste Management
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
