Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain utilities such as air conditioning, lighting, water systems, and compressors.
• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or servicing.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service logs.
• Support workplace safety by identifying hazards and reporting risks.
• Assist in office or factory layout setup, relocation, and minor renovation work.
• Monitor, checking and assist the Fire Alarm system servicing and checking
• Assist on Schedule Waste Management
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
