Development Coordinator - Business Development (Senior Executive)

Placement : Johor Bahru
Our company is looking for an organized, independent, and self-motivated Development Coordinator (Business Development) that will ensure the company's strategy is adhered to and carried out. The role also requires the candidate to bring in best practices in continuous improvement plans and activity into the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring development projects.
- Support project scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal departments.
- Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Coordinate submission of documents for approvals and permits.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all project-related records.
- Support tender documentation and evaluation process when required.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and escalating when necessary.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Property Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in property development or related roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
