Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Officer to manage and process the company’s payroll accurately and on time. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of payroll experience and be familiar with payroll software such as IFlexi or Worksy.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, claims, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Prepare payroll reports and related documentation for management.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding salary and payroll matters.
- Liaise with banks and government agencies for salary payments and statutory contributions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on payroll experience.
- Mandatory experience using IFlexi or Worksy payroll system.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory regulations.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)
- Experience handling payroll for 100+ employees.
- Experience in multi-branch or multi-entity payroll processing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
