Position : Content Executive (Bilingual)

Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road

Salary : Up to RM 3,500

Working hours : 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Content Executive (Bilingual) to create engaging, high-quality content in English and Mandarin across digital platforms. The role focuses on storytelling, SEO-driven writing, and data-informed content creation to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation while supporting overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

[Content Development & Optimization]

• Create and refine bilingual content (English & Mandarin) for websites, blogs, landing pages, and digital platforms
• Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with user experience best practices
• Develop content tailored to awareness, consideration, and conversion stages of the customer journey
• Update and optimize existing content to improve relevance, readability, and performance

[SEO & Digital Growth Support]

• Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practices in content creation
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve organic traffic and search rankings
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and insights

[Insights & Editorial Content]

• Translate market trends, data, and research into clear, engaging articles and reports
• Support creation of newsletters and insight-driven content for audience engagement and lead generation
• Assist in producing thought leadership content to strengthen brand authority

[Marketing & Communication Support]

• Write copy for marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials
• Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice across all content
• Work with internal teams to support storytelling needs across various projects

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, communications, journalism, PR, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in writing and editing in both English and Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
• Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, and content performance analysis
• Ability to simplify complex or technical topics into clear and engaging content
• Strong research skills with curiosity about market trends and user behavior
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Fresh graduates with strong writing portfolios are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, or analytics tools is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
