Debug Technician
- Responsible for handling ICT/FCT test failures during production and ensuring quick line changeovers
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly calibration, maintenance, and repair of production test equipment
- Optimize ICT test programs to reduce downtime
- Analyze ICT/FCT test failures and document findings in test analysis reports
- Prepare and maintain ICT/FCT test work instructions (WI)
- Maintain proper 5S and ESD practices; ensure separation of RoHS and non-RoHS tools
- Support test engineers in resolving production-related issues
- Supervise and coordinate servicing and maintenance of test technical systems
- Conduct regular technical training for operators on products and equipment, including mock assessments.
Requirement (Debug Technician)
- 2–3 years of working experience in an electronics or EMS company
- 3–5 years of experience in ICT/FCT within an electronics company
- Proficient in operating and maintaining TS124 or 228X equipment, as well as other brands of test equipment.
- Skilled in using and handling test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons
- Knowledge of electronic circuit schematics and basic understanding of various electronic components.
- Familiar with ISO quality systems and relevant IPC standards
- Good knowledge of 5S and ESD practices
- Experience in semiconductor device testing is an added advantage
- Possesses structured and systematic thinking; proactive and adaptable
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
