HR Executive

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 per month
Location: Kuching, Sarawak (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR reporting
• Assist with payroll preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
• Support employee queries related to HR matters
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labour regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
