1) Perform sampling, inspection and testing activities at all stages of production process in accordance with approved procedures and internal QC specifications, including:

• Incoming materials
• Dispensing and preparation
• In-process control
• Outgoing finished goods

2) Accurately record inspection and testing results of each production batch, ensuring proper documentation for data integrity, traceability and audit compliance.

3) Operate basic laboratory equipment and testing instruments, ensure proper calibration and cleanliness of equipment.

4) Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to approved procedures, internal quality standards, customer requirements and immediately escalate any deviation to QC Executive. Coordinate with relevant department (e.g. production or warehouse, when required)

5) Assist in other QC routine operational checks and analysis, including:

• Water analysis prior to production
• Verification of cleaning activities (CIP)
• Environmental hygiene monitoring
• Area clearance verification prior to production
• Collection and management of QC retention sample

6) Identify and report any nonconformities, defects or process deviations in a timely manner to QC Executive for further evaluation and disposition decision.

7) Support root cause analysis of any nonconformities and customer complaints reported, and implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) processes.

8) Provide support in audit and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Requirement

• At least Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good knowledge of food safety standards, quality systems and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and meet deadline in a variety of tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic data reporting tools.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
