Join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing Department in managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
- Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers
- Maintain proper sales records and customer databases
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance updates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer feedback and after-sales matters professionally
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and Design teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support sales and marketing activities when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer service
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
