1. Beverage & Food Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Assist in food preparation (if applicable) and ensure quality presentation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.
2. Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and provide menu recommendations when required.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, or complaints professionally.
3. Cashiering & POS Operations
- Operate the cash register/POS system for billing.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and ensure accuracy in balancing daily sales.
- Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
4. Outlet Maintenance & Hygiene
- Ensure workstations, counters, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
- Replenish stock and supplies as required.
5. Teamwork & Compliance
- Assist colleagues in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow company SOPs, policies, and safety regulations.
- Support management in achieving outlet sales and service targets.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
