1. Beverage & Food Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Assist in food preparation (if applicable) and ensure quality presentation.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and provide menu recommendations when required.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Handle customer feedback, inquiries, or complaints professionally.

3. Cashiering & POS Operations

• Operate the cash register/POS system for billing.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and ensure accuracy in balancing daily sales.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.

4. Outlet Maintenance & Hygiene

• Ensure workstations, counters, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
• Replenish stock and supplies as required.

5. Teamwork & Compliance

• Assist colleagues in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow company SOPs, policies, and safety regulations.
• Support management in achieving outlet sales and service targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
