About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support to join our team. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy solving technical issues, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your IT career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support and monitor IT systems including network, servers, email, antivirus, and firewall
• Assist in maintaining systems such as CCTV, IP phone, and door access systems
• Perform routine system checks to ensure smooth and secure operations
• Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and technical records
• Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of IT equipment
• Set up and support mobile devices (Android & iOS)
• Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and implementations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 1 year working experience in same field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Possess a valid driving licence
