Warehouse manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management, a strong understanding of inventory control, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

What We Need from You

• Manage & control daily activities to ensure efficiency & effectiveness in receiving, distribution process, storage & packing.
• Responsible for planning, delegating & overseeing daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor & ensure inbound, inventory & outbound productivity & accuracy.
• Maintain & practice good housekeeping to create a clean & safe working environment in the warehouse.
• To carry out improvement plans & optimization activities.
• To assist with new set up warehouse and improve existing systems from time to time.
• Ensure the accuracy and security of goods in the warehouse are maintained at all times.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, coaching, monitoring, disciplining employees, and appraising good results.
• Building and developing the current team that manages warehousing.
• Bringing a more strategic approach to managing warehousing.
• To replenish/check store amenities weekly (Twice a week).
• To report any lost and damage.
• Proper filing and reports.
• Stack and organize large bulk items.
• A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Preferably 2- 3 years in warehouse management.
• Result-oriented with excellent communications skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Must be computer literate.
• Proficient in JERP systems will be added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
