Coordinate chauffeur and coach operations, manage drivers and bookings, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee payment collection.
Job Description:
- Coordinate driver assignments and schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all services, including those from outsourced suppliers, meet high-quality standards.
- Manage and monitor chauffeur/coach driver performance, attendance, and claims efficiently.
- Handle internal and external account bookings for chauffeur services, maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection from clients.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, STPM, SKM or diploma logistics, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in chauffeur, coach operations, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle driver scheduling and bookings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, drivers, and suppliers.
- Ability to manage accounts and follow up on payments efficiently.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office
