Job Description

• To ensure and report effluent discharge always comply with the requirement of the Malaysia Environmental Quality Act. 1974, IETS 2009 Regulations.
• Responsible for handling duty as the competent person for CePIETSO-BP
• To consult, plan and execute cost-effective solution technically regarding of wastewater treatment operation.
• Review, compile and control site checklist for performance monitoring control to ensure the system is maintained in accordance with the standard, including reporting on system performance to management for review and improvement
• To be innovative in design work with regards to minimization of cost of production
• Investigating the process and defects related issues and identify ways to improve support engineering team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production
• Provide support and ensure production & quality issues are resolved
• Experience in process design basis, philosophies, specification and sizing of equipment and related components.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing, R & D on production strategy and activities planning
• Provide engineering and technical support to meet customers goals and expectation
• Preparation of technical proposal including equipment specification, costing and drawing
• To plan and schedule preventive maintenance for equipment’s at WWTP.
• Ability to work with all level of people and adapt to any kind of working environment
• To execute ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirement

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Chemical Engineering/Environmental Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Competency in the physical-chemical/biological treatment system is added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
