Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize cycle time and line balancing
• Lead and optimize seat assembly processes to improve efficiency, product quality, and reduce wastage across production lines.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery, tooling, and process deviations to ensure continuous operations.
• Design, develop, and modify SOPs and work instructions to enhance operational consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Plan and execute process validation activities for new equipment, materials, or layout Changes.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to identify improvement opportunities and reduce operational downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams to ensure proper process execution.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects, including automation and technology upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all engineering-related activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in manufacturing or automotive production environment.
• Knowledge in process improvement, cycle time study, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with hands-on experience in production processes, machinery, and tooling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering-related systems/software; experience in automation projects is an added advantage.
