Responsibility
- Ensure the company is in accordance with the Companies Act
- Maintain and supervise client’s secretarial record
- Preparation of documentations for secretarial jobs
- Lodge annual reports required by SSM
- Ensure company details are up to date
- Reminding clients on important dates
- Follow up on payment collection
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Secretary or Higher
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong negotiating/influencing skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership skills
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- 2 Full-Time position available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
Work Location: In person
