Job Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and booking channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and check-in/check-out arrangements.
- Provide accurate information regarding property details, room rules, and guest services.
- Perform front office duties, including guest reception, handling walk-ins (if applicable), and assisting with check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure all guest arrivals and departures are properly coordinated with the Housekeeping and Operations teams to maintain smooth workflow and readiness of units.
- Handle guest complaints, issues, and special requests, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are fulfilled promptly.
- Maintain and update booking records, guest information, and daily reports accurately in the system.
- Ensure all guest communication is handled professionally in line with company service standards.
- Support smooth daily operations by relaying important guest feedback or operational issues to relevant departments.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management that are aligned with the responsibilities of the position.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ability to use booking systems effectively
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest inquiries, complaints, and service issues
- Highly responsible, courteous, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Work closely with Spread Cafe to efficiently manage breakfast arrangements, while also supporting the promotion and execution of set lunch menus and hotpot buffet offerings to enhance guest experience and support marketing initiatives.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
