Key Responsibilities1. Student Recruitment
- Promote the College’s programmes to prospective students, parents, schools, agencies, and relevant communities.
- Identify and approach potential students through online and offline recruitment activities.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in enquiries.
- Provide accurate information on programmes, entry requirements, fees, intakes, and registration procedures.
- Support recruitment activities to achieve student enrolment targets.
2. Admissions & Registration
- Assist prospective students with application, registration, and admission procedures.
- Check and collect required documents for student registration.
- Ensure student application forms and supporting documents are complete and properly submitted.
- Coordinate with the Academic, Registrar, Finance, and Student Affairs departments when required.
- Update student admission status and maintain proper records of applicants.
3. Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Record and monitor all enquiries, leads, prospects, and conversion status.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective students.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure prospects are guided until registration is completed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and enrolment progress.
- Highlight issues affecting student recruitment or registration to the reporting officer.
4. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, roadshows, open days, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
- Assist in distributing promotional materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and digital content.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by responding to online enquiries and coordinating lead follow-up.
- Assist in creating simple content or captions for student recruitment purposes when required.
5. Communication & Customer Service
- Attend to enquiries from prospective students, parents, and the public professionally.
- Build good relationships with schools, partners, agents, parents, and potential students.
- Provide friendly and clear guidance throughout the admission process.
- Handle student recruitment communication professionally and ethically.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare recruitment and admission reports for management review.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of student enquiries, applications, and registrations.
- Ensure all student information is handled confidentially and accurately.
- Carry out any other related duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management from time to time.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
