岗位职责
1. Front Desk
- Register patients and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Collect payments and update patient records
2. Assist Doctor
- Prepare consultation/treatment room
- Help during procedures (if needed)
- Record basic patient info (e.g., blood pressure)
3. Patient Care
- Guide patients through their visit
- Explain medication or follow-up steps
- Comfort and assist elderly or anxious patients
4. Daily Operations
- Open and close the clinic
- Clean and restock consultation rooms
- Handle clinic supplies and inventory
5. Cleanliness & Safety
- Sanitize tools and equipment
- Dispose of medical waste properly
- Keep clinic tidy and organized
