Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Solution Marketing Engineer to support telecom operations, customer engagement, and business expansion activities. This role bridges technical solutions and client communication, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day customer relationship and communication for Telecom Operations & Maintenance (O&M).

- Conduct weekly engagements with regional teams and monthly updates with senior stakeholders.

- Identify customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities.

- Support solution briefings, client discussions, and feedback consolidation.

- Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams.

- Engage new business regions by gathering historical and operational data.

- Support business expansion analysis and pre-project planning.

- Deliver solution presentations, workshops, and customer-facing sessions.

- Assist in preparation of presentation materials and translations.

- Coordinate project activities, track action items, and prepare meeting minutes.

- Collect market intelligence, customer updates, and competitor insights.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.

- 3–6 years of experience in telecommunications, engineering services, customer support, or project coordination.

- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in telecom operators or ICT industry preferred.

- Ability to handle cross-cultural communication and regional stakeholders.

- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

- Willingness to travel and support on-site customer engagements.

- Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or service delivery.

- Knowledge of telecom networks, O&M processes, or ICT solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
