Position Summary

We are looking for a Patching & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that improve organizational efficiency. You will play a key role in managing server environments, automating administrative tasks using PowerShell, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stable and scalable automation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement RPA workflows (e.g., BluePrism, UI Path, Work Fusion)
• Maintain and enforce automation development standards and best practices
• Provide technical mentorship through code reviews and pair programming
• Research and recommend new automation tools and practices
• Manage and support Windows/Linux server environments
• Use PowerShell to automate routine tasks and retrieve system info via WMI
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues with internal teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation and Windows/Linux patching
• Strong experience in PowerShell / Unix scripting (mandatory)
• Experience with RPA tools (BluePrism, UI Path, Work Fusion) is advantageous
• Web development experience is a plus
• Comfortable working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to interact with business stakeholders and external clients

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
