Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust as necessary to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures and participate in safety training programs and contribute to a culture of safety awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production output, and quality control data.
• Communicate any significant issues or concerns that may impact production schedules or product quality.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth coordination.

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational certificate in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or any related course.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably as a machine operator or production technician. At least 1 year experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with production machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
