• Handle routine inquiries and transactions concerning clients
• Assist Executive in developing and preparing underwriting specifications, proposals, insurance summaries and correspondence
• Follow up on outstanding broking matters on a timely basis
• Prepare quotations, memorandum of insurance and billings
• Monitor receipts from policies and prepare acknowledgments for clients
• Review coverage specifications to be submitted to insurance companies for accuracy
• Review premium quotes from insurers
• Check accuracy of quotes, binders, policies
• Ensure full compliance with Company policies, procedures and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,029.30 - RM7,618.35 per month
