Responsible for managing and maintaining stock records, processing purchase orders, monitoring stock movement and ensuring all procurement activities are carried out efficiently. The Procurement Executive works closely with other departments to support operational needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update stock records accurately.
- Handle all purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor stock in/out movement and prepare monthly stock take reports.
- Liaise and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply operations.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for the best quality and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze procurement-related reports as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in procurement or inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin to communicate effectively with suppliers.
