1. Live Hosting

• Host TikTok live sessions to showcase and promote products.
• Demonstrate product features clearly and engagingly.
• Communicate confidently, persuasively, and maintain high energy throughout the live.
• Encourage viewers to purchase by explaining benefits, promotions, and deals.
• Answer viewer questions in real time and interact actively with the audience.

2. Sales & Performance

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets during live sessions.
• Promote bundles, vouchers, flash deals, and campaigns.
• Track live performance metrics (viewers, conversion, engagement).
• Suggest improvements to increase sales and viewer retention.

3. Product Knowledge

• Understand product details thoroughly (features, pricing, usage).
• Stay updated on new arrivals, trending items, and best-sellers.
• Provide honest, clear, and accurate product explanations.

4. Livestream Preparation

• Coordinate with the admin/operations team for product lists, pricing, stocks, and promotions.
• Prepare scripts, talking points, and product props before going live.
• Ensure good lighting, camera setup, and background aesthetics.
• Warm up and rehearse key selling points as needed.

5. Collaboration & Content

• Work with the content team to plan themes, promotions, and storytelling style.
• Participate in shoots for product videos or TikTok content when required.
• Provide feedback based on viewer behavior and market trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
