Job Purpose
- Manage the Director's time and workload by handling administrative tasks like scheduling, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel, allowing the Director to focus on higher-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Director's Office.
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
- Handle the Director's monthly accounts.
- Assist with Mandarin language translation.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in accounts will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
