Candidate must possess at Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with local employment laws, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc)
Proficient in payroll software ( (Iflexi).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Processes company’s payroll every pay period.
Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Responsible to answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records. Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in payroll records.
Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
Prepare payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review and ensure payroll documents are well maintain and strictly confidential.
Ensure all statutory payment complete before deadline.
Assist in the planning of compensation and benefits policy of the company.
Assist in outlining policies and define procedures for the development of performance management in the company and to plan and execute companywide performance appraisal system.
Support HR in employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
Involve in HR program and activities.
Any other task assigned from superior from time to time.
