Two Sons Bistro is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations across multiple outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food quality control
- Lead and manage kitchen team, scheduling & training
- Develop and improve menu items and recipes
- Monitor food preparation, hygiene & kitchen SOP compliance
- Control food cost, wastage & inventory management
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation & portioning
- Work closely with management on menu planning and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards & kitchen efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years kitchen experience with leadership role
- Experience in F&B or multi-outlet operations preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge in food costing, inventory & kitchen operations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, disciplined & passionate about food quality
