Job Responsibilities
- Request the patients/visitors to register with an identification card (IC).
- Register the patients on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Identify the patient’s status, whether on a cash basis or panel basis.
- Make sure all the documents are in order before submitting them to the panel for a claim.
- Enter the patient's body temperature and blood pressure readings in the system to facilitate the medical officer on duty.
- Monitor supplies of inventories and medications.
- Provide patient medication, medical leave, and receipt for medical fee.
- Assist the medical officer in performing any medical procedure if necessary.
- Ensure the cashflow in order and make sure you close account every end of the shift.
- Remind the patient of the dosage of medicine, procedure to take the medicine as doctor's advised to the patient
- Manage and perform the portfolio given.
- Disinfect the clinic frequently as per SOP
- Assist the medical officer during conducting Swab test and other medical procedures.
- Engage patients with health information via social media.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) license is an advantage.
- At least 1 years’ experience as Clinic Assistant/Nurse will add advantage.
- Able to use AVIXO system to key in data.
- Empathy with patient
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- Compassionate with good communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
