We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to lead and support our Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of CSPs to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor calls based on agreed quality guidelines and provide coaching to improve customer service skills, accuracy, product knowledge, and process understanding.
• Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly team performance statistics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to enhance team performance.
• Communicate management objectives and ensure team alignment with company goals.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and coaching sessions.
• Manage real-time service levels, including staff activities and break schedules.
• Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues professionally.
• Coach team members on reducing call escalations through skill improvement.
• Complete administrative and reporting tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Support operational and client-related matters in real time, including email responses, reporting, and operational updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory, team leader, or team management roles
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Employment Terms

• 12-month contract
• Renewable yearly

Working Hours

• Monday to Sunday
• 5 working days per week with 2 rotational off days
• Rotational shifts:
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary & Allowances

• Basic Salary: RM2,500
• PFP Allowance: RM350
