Mechatronics Engineer (Control Systems / BMS)

About Us

ALTON CONTROLS is a system integrator specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and smart building solutions. We deliver system design, integration, commissioning, and maintenance for commercial and industrial projects across Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for BMS / HVAC applications
• Perform system configuration, programming, and integration (controllers, PLC, HMI)
• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting at project sites
• Analyze system performance and provide technical solutions & improvements
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field i.e Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 1–3 years experience preferred (Fresh graduates with strong interest may apply)
• Basic knowledge in:
• PLC / BMS / SCADA systems
• Sensors, actuators, and control logic
• Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.)
• Knowledge in HVAC systems is an added advantage
• Willing to travel and work on-site when required
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Working Conditions

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
