• Understand the machine operating principle, consequence of wear and tear parts and product defects.
• Responsible to analyze reported software or hardware issues, debugging, troubleshoot and fix the machine according to specification.
• Troubleshoot motors, drivers, controllers, sensors, robotics, electrical & system components, etc.
• Willing to learn & enhance the skill in all type of Automation equipment.
• Support and provide continuous improvement on automation equipment’s to meet product yield, quality and customer requirements.
• Prepare reports timely and accurately as required.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Qualification & Experience:

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in Automation or related field.
• Understand of 7S Management, QMS & ISO 13485 procedures requirements.
• Lean manufacturing.
• Automation equipment.
