Job Responsibilities :
- Execute sales activities for assigned business, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups, in-store merchandising as well as track and collect payments
- Negotiate with stores for better brand space and presence, shelf optimization, promotions and launches in outlets at minimum costs.
- Work closely with marketing to provide timely feedback on the execution of sales action plans
- Proactively propose effective trade marketing activities to marketing in order to grow sales based on allocated budget
- Monitor competitors' activities/products and produce competition reports based on merchandising data. Recommend practical actions to counter competition
- Prepare sales reports and report projected sales forecast. Track and highlight any unusual increase and decrease in customer demand
- Perform other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business.
Requirements :
- Location: Johor Bahru
- Min 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG (GT or MT)
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Able to speak English and Mandarin is preferable as this role may need to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong negotiation, observation & closing skills
- High motivation for sales
- Possesses a valid driving license and owns a vehicle (car).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
