Job Summary

We are seeking an L2 Support Engineer with experience in Linux/Unix environments, middleware platforms, and enterprise scheduling tools to support production systems and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting issues
• Monitor and support WebLogic middleware environments
• Handle incidents related to VMs/virtualization platforms
• Support job scheduling using Control-M
• Manage file transfers via SFTP and messaging tools like IBM MQ
• Assist with database queries using Oracle SQL / MySQL
• Perform troubleshooting, incident resolution, and escalation when required

Required Skills

• Linux/Unix administration & basic shell scripting
• WebLogic middleware support experience
• Knowledge of VM/virtualization environments
• Control-M, SFTP, IBM MQ exposure
• Basic SQL knowledge (Oracle/MySQL)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
