Responsible to manage the overall business aspects of the lounge and raising the quality and standards of operations and services.
Ensure effective management of the lounge’s finances, administration and inventory of stocks and equipment to meet operational requirements; monitor monthly profit and loss expenses for the lounge and report to the Management.
Required to inspect all aspects of the environment to ensure the ambience, cleanliness and exclusivity at the lounge is maintained at all times.
Required to conduct detail check of setup to ensure that they are according to established standards.
Ensure effective lounge roster and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that the lounge is well staffed during peak hours; checks attendance and punctuality of employees.
Responsible to hire and train the employees to handle day-to-day duties more efficiently and to provide excellent service to the guests.
Set and enforce the quality and safety controls.
Required to ensure all licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
Plan and involve in promotional events.
Anticipate guests’ need, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
Responsible for enhancing guest experience and resolving guests’ complaints
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior or management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; 3–5 years in lounge or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management skills, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and operational standards.
Exceptional customer service skills with experience in resolving guest complaints.
Detail-oriented, ensuring cleanliness, ambience, and service quality.
Knowledge of licensing, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in planning events and promotions is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure.
