We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior management. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating business activities, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings, briefings, and business arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Act as a liaison between management, clients, and internal teams
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and ongoing matters
- Ensure clear and timely communication across all stakeholders
- Assist in managing priorities and daily workflow
- Support day-to-day business operations and coordination
- Assist in organising events, meetings, and business activities
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
- Provide support across multiple departments when required
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or above
- Proven experience as an assistant or administrative role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
