We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior management. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating business activities, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, and business arrangements
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
• Act as a liaison between management, clients, and internal teams
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and ongoing matters
• Ensure clear and timely communication across all stakeholders
• Assist in managing priorities and daily workflow
• Support day-to-day business operations and coordination
• Assist in organising events, meetings, and business activities
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
• Provide support across multiple departments when required

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or above
• Proven experience as an assistant or administrative role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
