Job Summary:

To responsible for providing advanced technical expertise, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing technical solutions, and supporting the development and maintenance of IT systems, products, or services. This role acts as a subject matter expert and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems across systems, applications, or infrastructure.
• Design and implement technical solutions to meet business needs and project requirements.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Participate in technical planning, system architecture design, and review meetings.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to junior staff as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) & Fresh Graduate are also encourage to apply.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and processes.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
