• Generate Purchase Orders (P.O.) for all direct and indirect materials according to the product BOM for company and other customers as assigned by Management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on lead time and ETA for all direct materials, indirect materials, and customer consigned materials.
• Work closely with Production Team to ensure production schedules are executed smoothly according to the production plan in order to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor and control materials to ensure all customer P.O. are closed with zero material loss for customer consigned materials, including the return of good finished products and defective units according to Delivery Order (D.O.) quantities.
• Implement and maintain an effective material planning and material control system to minimize obsolete stock and material shortages.
• Responsible for total control of all purchased materials, customer consigned materials, Work-In-Progress (WIP) materials, and outgoing finished goods to ensure minimum material wastage during production.
• Liaise with Production Team regarding direct and indirect materials to ensure smooth production flow.
• Coordinate with Shipping personnel to achieve minimum shipping cost for incoming / outgoing direct and indirect materials / finished goods.
• Work closely with Store personnel to ensure effective inventory and material control.
• Liaise with Customs and Forwarding Agents on import and export related matters to ensure smooth shipment clearance and delivery.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
